KYBE — Product Warranty

At KYBE, we take pride in offering jewelry and accessories designed for everyday confidence. Our pieces are crafted to be long‑lasting, water‑resistant, and comfortable for daily wear. To support this promise, KYBE offers a limited warranty on all jewelry.


Warranty Coverage

We cover manufacturing defects under normal use within the following periods:

Essentials Collection

(Stainless steel, waterproof, PVD gold‑plated pieces) Covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Handcrafted Collections

(Botanica & Heritage) Covered for 30 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to:

  • Loose stones or components

  • Breakages not caused by misuse

  • Hidden defects that appear with normal wear

  • Unexpected fading unrelated to chemicals or improper care


What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by perfumes, lotions, chemicals, or cleaning products

  • Tarnishing or oxidation due to improper care or individual skin pH

  • Scratches, dents, or wear from daily use

  • Water damage on non‑waterproof items

  • Lost or stolen pieces

  • Natural variations in handcrafted items

Even waterproof pieces must be cared for gently to maintain their shine.


Return Window (Change of Mind)

KYBE accepts change‑of‑mind returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with all original tags, pouches, boxes, and packaging.


Important Timeframes

To align with quality standards:

  • Visible defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Essentials hidden defects → covered for 90 days

  • Handcrafted hidden defects → covered for 30 days


How to Make a Warranty Claim

Making a claim is simple:

  1. Email kybe.store@outlook.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the issue

In most cases, a photo is enough — no need to return the item unless requested.


Resolution

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (for approved manufacturing defects only)

We aim to resolve all claims quickly and fairly.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
