KYBE accepts returns for store credit or exchange on full‑priced items that are unworn, unused, and in original condition within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty Periods

Essentials Collection: 90‑day warranty for manufacturing defects
Handcrafted Collections: 30‑day warranty for manufacturing defects

This does not include tarnishing caused by chemicals, improper care, or natural oxidation.
